We've been there
Between us, Arjun and Priya have conducted over 1,000 interviews and been on the receiving end of hundreds more. We've seen brilliant candidates rejected because they didn't know how to tell their story. We've seen mediocre candidates hired because they knew the right people.
The hiring process is broken for candidates. Traditional recruiters work for companies, not for you. Job portals are black holes. And career coaches charge upfront with no accountability for results.
So in January 2024, we registered BridgeTheTalent HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and built something different: a service that takes on the risk alongside you. We only earn when you get an offer. That alignment changes everything.
