Pricing FAQ

Is there any upfront registration fee?

No. Zero. We do not charge anything until you have signed an offer letter and started your new role.

What happens if I get fired or laid off within the 6 months?

If you lose your job through no fault of your own during the payment period, your payments pause immediately. This is written into the agreement.

Do you take a cut of my salary?

No. You receive your full salary from your employer. You then make a payment to us via standard bank transfer/UPI according to the agreed schedule.

What if I find a job on my own without your help?

If you secure a role completely independently without any referrals, prep, or intervention from BridgeTheTalent, you don't owe us for that placement. The agreement clearly defines what constitutes a BridgeTheTalent placement.
