Profile Optimization

If we decide to partner together, you'll sign our transparent Candidate Agreement. We then completely overhaul your resume and LinkedIn profile to ensure they pass ATS systems and highlight your actual impact.

Matching & Referrals

We actively match you with open roles at our partner companies. More importantly, we provide direct referrals to hiring managers in our network, bypassing the standard application queue. For every interview you secure, we provide company-specific prep.

Offer & Placement

Once you receive an offer, we advise you on negotiation to ensure you get market value. Only after you sign the offer letter and begin your new role does our fee structure trigger.
